Following the COVID Lockdown in March 2020 many schools had to swap to remote learning, as a school ICT provider, Soft Egg was perfectly positioned to offer support including being able to provide remote learning set up under the Department for Education grant scheme. This became the key focus of social media marketing, targeting headteachers and school decision makers through organic LinkedIn content and Facebook advertising.

Pentagon Property was started in 2020, arguably the worst year to start any business, particularly a high investment business such as property. However, the business has grown in strength as it looks to provide a complete property consultancy service. One of the major issues faced in marketing the business was considering how best to explain the benefits of the business to their ideal customer. Therefore, we took the time to consider which areas of the business services to focus on and which type of customer to target.
